Project Overview

This project is applied to the distribution network upgrade and reconstruction of a key industrial park in a city in Southeast Asia. Rockwill intelligent voltage regulation system has successfully solved long-term pain points at the grid side, including low voltage, large fluctuations, and low power factor.
The system adopts on-load automatic voltage regulation and voltage-reactive power coordinated control technology, achieving voltage stability within ±1% and power factor above ≥0.95, ensuring continuous and uninterrupted production for precision manufacturing and industrial loads. It provides safe and high-quality power support for regional industrial upgrading.

Intelligent & Efficient, Ingeniously Designed

The solution integrates on-load automatic voltage regulator and dynamic reactive power compensation (SVG) technology, supporting full-automatic stepless adjustment under live load, with a response time ≤ 1 second and voltage regulation accuracy up to ±0.5%.
Adopting PLC + AI coordinated control strategy, it eliminates secondary voltage fluctuations. The intelligent monitoring platform realizes real-time monitoring of voltage, power factor, harmonics and other data. The system features excellent adaptability to high temperature and high humidity environments, stable operation and low maintenance, effectively reducing equipment failure rate and power loss.
