What is the standard of Rockwill Auto Recloser？
Rockwill Auto Recloser is a flexible pole mounted outdoor vacuum switching device that can trip and reclose up for a temporary distribution line fault. It reduces the blackout time greatly and improves the stability of power grid operation. The operation status also can be controlled and monitored by mobile phone and SCADA system.
Rockwill standard auto recloser is fully meets the IEC62271-111 & ANSI/IEEE C37.60 standard. Fully follow the above standard for type test and routine test. Additional functions reuirement is offered, like: ESKOM standard, TANESCO standard, BPC standard, SEC standard, DEC, Meralco, KPLC, BREB, etc. Besides, Rockwill even provide with patent design for new recloser.
RCW+ Auto Recloser
RCW+ type auto recloser is ANSI/IEC standardized plus design products which is equipped with one magnetic actuator mechanism, one manual closing/opening/Locking device, 3 current sensors, max 6 voltage sensors, with more functional like protection curves + curves programble, coodination logics + logics programble, programble communication protocols (Modbus, DNP3.0, IEC 60870-5-101/104), PC software, APP control tool, etc.
RCW+ type automatic circuit recloser is a solid insulation reclosure with zero pressure SF6 gas sealed. It has higher creepage design and higher insulation level for using on Maximum 42kV level sytem.
It uses vacuum interrupting technology, and meeting IP67 IP protection class, It avoids any bad influence like high polution enviroment of humidity, salt or alkali incursion or small animals.

The RCW series vacuum recloser is mainly combined with integration terminal, current transformer, permanent magnetic actuator and it’s recloser controller.
b)The recloser tank feature:
The Vacuum recloser tanks are manufactured from 304# grade stainless steel and are powder coated a light grey colour. Whole recloser IP67 protection class, equipped with a auxiliary plug to connect with recloser controller by control cable, Diameter Max22mm, 6 M length (8M for special).

The Sternest Warning Before You Operate Recloser!
Make Sure That:
1. Please make sure the battery is ready full charged (12 hours) before operating recloser controller!
2. It is not allowed to use emergency opening and closing handle at normal condition!
3. It is not allowed to repeat press the Open/Close button continuously without intermission!
Special attention should be paid to the following points, which may cause the recloser to fail to work.
▲Do not modify CT rate, PT rate, PTS rate in controller!
▲Do not modify recloser sequence, it is O-0.5s-CO-2s-CO-5s-CO in IEC standard.
▲It’s not allow to repeat press the Open/Close button continuously without intermission.
▲Please contact us in time, frequent operation will burn the controller components
▲It is not allowed to do manual closing operation if not necessary emergency demand.
▲Make sure the recloser is at OFF position and controller can’t drive it into close situation
▲After closing successfully, continue to pull down for 3 times to release the lockout.
▲It is only allowed to be used in special non-electric operation situation.
